I've used the original version and the 2.0 version. The new version is much improved (better user interface and easier to use.) I also like the fact that we get our own IP Address (it helped with our delivery) I also added on Habeas since they seem to have a really good pricing on it... I just tried out the trigger feature and it worked well... I would recommend trying out their new version. But I have noticed massive improvements since then. The version i'm using (2.0 i believe) has the best user interface all around! And of course as Darweesh points out, it's priced very very well for such a great service. I repeat that fact several times during the course of the review that we had to review ESPs that matched the specific requirements of our Email modernization project and that at the time of the review, April-May 2008, StreamSend 2.0 did not have API functionality or triggered event capability.
