Neil,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. I wanted to address your concerns about the article containing, "factual errors." Since the information was gathered from speaking directly with a sales rep, the delivra.com web site and from an evaluation trial of the product, I have to ask. Are these "new" features that have been implemented as part of the new release of ListManager 9.3e or was the Lyris representative not fully aware of your products and services?

If it is the former, then please let us know that you have improved your product/ services and addressed many of the issues I brought up in my review of your product. Seeing that web pages on Delivra's web site describing their "dedicated deliverability team" are less than a few months old I have to assume that this is a new feature. If that is the case please don't make it sound as if the article contained errors.

If it is the latter, than you may want to have some refresher courses with your sales reps and replace the marketing team who didn't have that information available on the web site.

This is a good review however there are a number of factual errors that should be addressed.

1. Delivra does allow for dynamic content creation.
2. Delivra does have a dedicated deliverability team.
3. Delivra does offer personalized service.
4. Delivra does offer an ISP score feature as part of its EmailAdvisor audit package.

Not mentioned but noteworthy, Delivra offers custom development services on the Lyris platform.
